Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at our website. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

All coffee beans will be roasted after completing orders. We do not have any roasted beans as our stocks. We do have only green beans as stocks. 

We will put labels with our roasting detail on each coffee bags.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If we get order on weekends, we will roast after weekend because of shipping company services. Our shipping company does not have any services on weekend. We roast coffee beans at the last moment as much as we can.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment courier to file a claim.

​Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

​If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card.

​You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
